Date of annual general meeting and results announcements

The Law Debenture Corporation p.l.c. ("the Corporation") announces that its
annual general meeting will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 24 April 2012 at the
Brewers Hall, London EC2V 7HR.

The Corporation's annual financial report, incorporating audited results for
the year ended 31 December 2011, will be published to the markets on or around
Tuesday 13 March 2012.
