Result of AGM

The Company announces that all of the resolutions put to the shareholders at
the Company's Annual General Meeting held at the offices of Nabarro LLP, Lacon
House, 84 Theobald's Road, London on 7 May 2010 were duly passed by the
requisite majorities.

As set out in the Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the year ended
31 December 2009, Mr Gregory Lockwood retired as a Director of the Company with
effect from the close of the meeting. Mr David Adams is now Chairman of the
Audit Committee.
