New Accounting Ref Date

Quester VCT plc ('the Company')                        

                      Change of Accounting Reference Date                      

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that with effect from 16 February
2005, the accounting reference date of the Company has been changed from 31
January 2005 to 28 February 2005, extending the current accounting period to 13
months. Subsequent accounting periods will now end on the new accounting
reference date of 28 February.
