Quester VCT plc's unaudited net asset value per share as at 31 May 2006 was
43.6p. This net asset value does not include the proposed dividend of 2.5 pence
per share, payable on 3 July 2006, which if taken into account would result in
an adjusted net asset value of 41.1 pence per share.
