Headline: Redemption of Debentures

Further to the announcement on 4 June 2010, all of the £3,000,000 11.375%
Debenture Stock 2010/2015 and of the £5,000,000 10.25% Debenture Stock 2010 of
Keystone Investment Trust plc were redeemed in full on 1 October 2010 by the
Company.

In the case of the 11.375% Debenture Stock 2010/2015, its listing on the
Official List of the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled with effect from
8.00 a.m. on 1 November 2010.
