The Directors of Keystone Investment Trust plc have declared an interim
dividend for the year ending 30 September 2005, of 13.00p per Ordinary Share.

The interim dividend will be payable on 24 June 2005 to Ordinary Shareholders
on the register on 27 May 2005.
