Keller Group plc ("the Company")
Keller Group plc was notified on 20 February 2007 that Deutsche Bank AG, and
its subsidiary companies have a direct interest in 2,522,138 ordinary shares in
the Company, which represents 3.83% of its issued ordinary share capital.
This is a first disclosure of an existing position under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
