The Company was notified on 16 June 2006, that Schroder Investment Management
Limited have an interest in 8,717,313 ordinary shares in the Company which are
held in portfolios on a discretionary basis for clients under investment
management agreements.

Included in this figure are:

253,987 shares registered or to be registered in the name of their wholly-owned
subsidiary nominee company Schroder Nominees Limited (Schroder Nominees).

2,806,856 shares held in unit trusts operated and managed by an affiliated
company Schroder Unit Trusts Limited and registered or to be registered in the
name of Chase Nominees Limited.

5,656,470 shares neither registered nor to be registered in the name of
Schroder Nominees.

A subsidiary, Schroder Investment Management North America Ltd is managing
Portfolios on a similar basis holding a further 386,435 shares. These shares
are registered or to be registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.

Schroder Investment Management Limited, their subsidiary and affiliated company
are therefore interested in an overall aggregate of 9,103,748 shares,
representing 13.926% of the total number of shares in issue.
