Keller Group plc ('the Company')
Keller Group plc was advised on 14 October 2005 that Dr Michael West, the
Chairman of the Company, sold 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of 390p per share on 14 October 2005.
Following this transaction, Dr West's holding in the ordinary shares of the
Company is 1,568,000, representing 2.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
