Karelian Diamond Resources plc (AIM: KDR) announced earlier today that SpreadEx Ltd (“SpreadEx”) holds 7,500,000 ordinary shares of €0.00025 each (“Ordinary Shares”) in the capital of the Company (the “Holding”).  SpreadEx have in turn issued a financial instrument linked to the Holding and the Company has today received the disclosure below relating to this financial instrument.
