Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

19 June 2015

At the Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") of the Company held today, the following Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 21 May 2015 (the "Notice of EGM") and sent to members of the Company was duly passed as detailed below:

1.   THAT, the related party transaction relating to approval of the investment in New EMF II on the terms summarised in paragraph 2.1 of the letter from the Chairman of the Company on pages 4 and 5 and in paragraph 1 on pages 8 and 9 of the circular of the Company dated 21 May 2015, be approved for the purposes of Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules.

(31,555,425 in favour / 4,448,046 against / 1,332,035 abstain)

2.   THAT, the related party transaction relating to approval of the investments in New JI Platform Companies on the terms summarised in paragraph 2.2 of the letter from the Chairman of the Company on pages 5 and 6 and in paragraph 2 on page 9 of the Circular dated 21 May 2015, be approved for the purposes of Chapter 11 of the Listing Rules.
