Led by CEO Rene Ubbesen, who has been with S.A.C and its predecessor company for over 20 years, S.A.C's business model is based on flexible short and long term leases with an average lease period of approximately four years. We are backing a highly experienced management team in the van leasing industry. JZCP acquired 45% of S.A.C through its EuroMicrocap Fund for approximately €2.8 million. Furthermore, JZCP also acted as mezzanine lender, providing €4.8 million of direct financing to S.A.C. David Zalaznick, JZCP's Founder and Investment Adviser, commented: "This acquisition creates an opportunity to build a substantial asset backed balance sheet of vans, with strong investment returns. We look forward to working with the exceptional management team at S.A.C. to help grow their business."
