Directors' Retirement
As previously announced, Sir John Banham retired as Chairman of the Company
with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting held earlier today
and Mr Alan Thomson and Mr Robert Walvis retired as non-executive directors,
also with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting.
