Retirement of Non-Executive Directors
As announced in the Chairman's Statement in the Company's 2007 Annual Report,
Charles Mackay and Michael Dearden, non-executive directors, have today retired
from the board of Johnson Matthey Plc, each having served on the board for nine
years.
