Johnson Matthey plc sets out below details of ordinary shares of £1 each which
were released under the Johnson Matthey Long Term Incentive Plan 1998 on 1
August 2008 to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities. The shares were
allocated on 1 August 2005.
