                              Holding in Company                               

The Company has today received notification in accordance with section 198 of
the Companies Act 1985 that John Wreford, a former director of ITM, has today
disposed of 3,250,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each (the "Shares") in the Company
at a price of 330p per share.

Mr Wreford's resultant holding in the issued share capital of ITM is 6,886,363
Shares, representing 6.81% of the total shares in issue.

Panmure Gordon released Mr Wreford from his lock-in arrangements for the
purpose of this transaction, which was as a result of strong market demand.
