The Company has today received notification that, following a disposal of
Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company (the "Shares") on 31 March 2006,
Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL"), and the group companies which are
direct and indirect holding companies of MSSL, no longer hold a notifiable
interest in the Shares.
