The Company has today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the
financial period ending 30 June 2015 of 5.5p per ordinary share, payable on 
21 November 2014 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 31 October 2014. 
The ex-dividend date will be 30 October 2014.
