The Company announces that the Dividend Declaration announcement released at
15:46 on 23 January 2014 under reference: PRNUK-2301141544-EAB6
contained the wrong record and ex-dividend dates.


The corrected announcement is below:

The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the
financial year ending 30 June 2014 of 5 pence per ordinary share, payable on
21 February 2014, to ordinary shareholders on the register on 31 January 2014.
The ex-dividend date will be 29 January 2014.
