Headline:     Second Interim Dividend

In accordance with the previously announced dividend policy, the Directors of Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc are pleased to declare a Second Interim Dividend for the year ending 31 January 2016, of 3.4p per share, payable 10 December 2015 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register on 20 November 2015.  The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 19 November 2015.
