The Directors of Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc
announce that they have declared an interim dividend for the six months ended
31 July 2008, of 1.6p per share, payable on 24 October 2008 to Ordinary
Shareholders on the register on 26 September 2008. The shares will be quoted
ex-dividend on 24 September 2008.
