Correction : Transaction in Own Shares

The Issuer wishes to advise that the Purchase of Ordinary Shares announcement
released earlier today showed an incorrect figure for the number of shares
purchased for cancellation. The correct number of shares purchased for
cancellation is 225,000 ordinary shares of 20p each.

Following this purchase there remain 59,211,629 shares in issue.
