HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 7 July 2016, it purchased for cancellation 41,151 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 206.5p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 84,562,338 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 87,839,562.
