HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 28 June 2016, it purchased for cancellation 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 195p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 84,706,452 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 87,983,676.
