HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 4 May 2016, it purchased for cancellation 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 183.9p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 85,412,391 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 88,689 615.
