HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 8 March 2016, it purchased for cancellation 77,430 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 177.25p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 85,875,098 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 89,152,322.
