HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 21 April 2016, it purchased for cancellation 131,940 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 192p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 85,462,391 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 88,739,615.
