HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 25 November 2015, it purchased for cancellation 48,534 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 179p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 86,965,066 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 90,242,290.
