HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 15 February 2016, it purchased for cancellation 27,749 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 161.5p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 86,543,910 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 89,821,134.
