HEADLINE:   PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 28 September 2015, it purchased for cancellation 31,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 163.00p per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in treasury and 87,362,112 ordinary shares in circulation.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 90,639,336.
