Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 19 May 2015, it purchased for
cancellation 17,961 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 202p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 87,569,946 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 90,847,170.
