HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 6 March 2015, it purchased for
cancellation 17,775 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 196.75p per
share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 87,944,950 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 91,222,174.
