Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 9 April 2015, it purchased for
cancellation 24,689 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 209p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 87,740,064 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 91,017,288.
