HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 23 January 2015, it purchased for
cancellation 178,147 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 196.5p per
share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 88,529,557 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 91,806,781.
