HEADLINE: PURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 11 April 2014, it purchased for
cancellation 68,637 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 162.5p per share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 88,859,369 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 92,136,593.
