Invesco Asia Trust plc announces that on 16 October 2013, it purchased for
cancellation 27,689 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 164.00p per
share.
Following this transaction, the Company has 3,277,224 ordinary shares held in
treasury and 89,440,586 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue is 92,717,810.
