HEADLINE: Dividend Declaration

The Directors are pleased to declare an interim dividend for the year ended 31
April 2012 of 3.2p per Ordinary Share. This dividend is payable on 1 August
2012 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register on 6 July 2012. 
The shares will go ex-dividend on 4 July 2012.
