                       NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        

The Board of In-Solve announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at 31 Harley Street, London W1G 9QS at 12 noon on 8 July
2010.

Notice of the AGM together with the Company's Annual Report was sent to all
shareholders of the Company and will be available for inspection from that date
during business hours, at the registered office of the Company, on any weekday
(public holidays excluded).

The Directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
