In-Solve would like to announce that on 8th September 2010 the Company received
notification that Worship Street Investments Limited ("Worship Street") sold
100,000 shares in In-Solve Plc.

Following the sale of these shares, Worship Street now holds 1,678,574 shares
of In-Solve representing 18.8% of the issued share capital in the Company.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the content of this
announcement.
