India Hospitality Announces Change to Board of Directors LONDON, July 31 -- India Hospitality Corp. (LSE: IHC, IHC or India Hospitality) today announced that on July 30, 2008, Scott LaPorta resigned as a director of IHC. IHC has initiated procedures to fill the vacancy created by Mr. LaPorta's resignation and hopes to have a replacement appointed within the next few weeks. About India Hospitality Corp.
