Purchase of shares for cancellation
TriVest VCT plc announces that on 21 September 2007, it purchased a total of
226,535 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 89.21
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 36,982,224 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
