Purchase of shares for cancellation
TriVest VCT plc announces that on 19 February 2007 it purchased 50,000 Ordinary
Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 81 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 38,959,922 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
