Transaction in the Company's own shares

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 5 February 2014, it purchased
101,720 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 1.025 pence per
share for cancellation.

Following these purchases, the Company now has 53,713,707 Ordinary Shares of 1
penny in issue.
