Transaction in the Company's own shares
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 18 December 2013, it purchased
124,218 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 99.0 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following these purchases, the Company now has 52,964,001 Ordinary Shares of 1
penny in issue.
