Transaction in the Company's own shares for cancellation

The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 25 June 2012 it purchased for
cancellation 55,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.5
pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 46,143,253 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
