The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 30 March 2012 it purchased for
cancellation 165,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 89.68
pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 43,354,355 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
