Transaction in the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 27 August 2010 it purchased for
cancellation 60,692 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 78.5
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 37,196,914 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
