The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 28 March 2011 it purchased for
cancellation 113,251 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 88.90
pence per share.

Following this purchase the Company now has 39,287,214 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
