Transaction in the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 24 June 2010 it purchased for
cancellation 147,884 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 73.0 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 37,453,635 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
