Purchase of the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 28 January 2010 it purchased for
cancellation 132,508 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 46.78 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 34,488,119 Ordinary Shares and
11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
